A couple of weeks ago, I featured some fun and fashionable workout wear sure to get you in the mood to shed those holiday pounds. I received so many messages wanting more workout wear tips. As a result, today I’m highlighting some great bags to sport at the gym, which is a request from one of my favorites.
Whether you are on your way to a workout in the morning, during lunchtime, or in the evening, one thing you absolutely need is a bag to store all of your necessities. Word on the street is that morning workouts are the absolute best for you, as they boost your metabolism and energy for the day. I exercise at 5 am, but I acknowledge my weirdness. If you to a workout in the morning or on your lunch break, please do not cram your work clothes in a gym bag! I often see the aftermath at work, and it is not pretty. I highly recommend getting a foldable suit bag and hanging your clothing. If you don’t feel like buying one, try asking for a free bag at Nordstrom or Saks. While they are not the most durable, they can get the job done.
When it comes to workout bags, you don’t have to go the traditional route and sport a big bulky Nike or Adidas duffle. Don’t get me wrong, I totally have one, and they can definitely come in handy. They are especially great for weekend travel, but often far too big and bulky for a simple workout session.
Regardless of what country you are in, sporting a casual workout look even when you are not intending to workout is in fashion. Therefore, even if you aren’t actually working out, here are some great bags that you can wear to the gym, to work, or even perhaps on your way to catch a flight.
My favorite item from this list has to be the Zara Terez Emjoi Graphic Duffle Bag. This is the perfect bag for someone who is not afraid to make a statement. You can check this bag out at Nordstrom, and I recommend zooming in on the detail.
