Madder Than A March Hare

Can you believe March is upon us?!? I feel like we were celebrating the New Year just yesterday. With much of the United States (and other parts of the world) covered in ice for the majority of February, I can imagine many are excited for the warmer temperatures March often brings.   Oh and a special happy birthday to those of you born on the infamous leap year. 🙂

For those of you ready for March, I have come up with a few fun finds to celebrate the coming of spring. As you may have already guessed, the rabbit/bunny is the animal that best represents March. Have you ever wondered where the expression “madder than a march hare” came from? It is said that rabbits go a bit bonkers during the month of March, as the weather warms up, and the flowers begin to bloom. The next logical question may be “How do they go bonkers?” Well…they make more little rabbits.

Living in Texas, I have been spared the treacherous temperatures that have hit in recent weeks. However, I like many of you, am ready for the sun to shine and for the colors of the rainbow to splash across town. Many collections launching this month will feature pops of orange, pastels, and pale colors.

Are you ready for spring?!?!?!?!?!?
