I had several requests to do a post on easy online gift ideas, so today, I’ll share a few easy-to-order items that will make your mom smile. As I have a significant amount of followers living outside the US, I should probably stress that Sunday is Mother’s Day in the United States. For many across the globe, Mother’s Day has already come and gone, so fear not. Here in the US, Mother’s Day became an official holiday in 1914 and was created by Ms. Anna Jarvis in 1908. When Jarvis’ mother passed away, she created the special day to honor the selflessness and sacrifices made by mothers like her own. The first celebration took place in West Virginia of all places, and we have not looked back since. Interestingly, Anna Jarvis never end up having children of her own. Did you learn something new?!?
