Hello friends! I hope everyone is enjoying the weekend, and for my American friends across the globes, a lovely July 4 holiday.
Independence Day, July 4, or America’s birthday is typically celebrated with fireworks, fun, and of course, barbeques with family and friends. Today, I’m spending my July 4 resting up for the week ahead (because I’m grandma), but I wish everyone a safe and pleasant holiday weekend.

Ah, you might need to explain that America has three holidays on which, as a good citizen, one is required to have/make MEAT MEETING FIRE. Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day. my hubster is actually grilling ground lamb with Feta cheese burgers, served in a toasted Pita bread with Tzatziki yogurt sauce. And potato salad (mediterranean flavored). Have a Happy 🙂
